These advocates encourage respect toward the environment and have permitted the development of a 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) program. Each of our classrooms practices the separation of waste products; paper, cardboard and PET plastic are picked up biweekly through an agreement with the Environmental Sanitation of La Zurza Foundation (FUNDSAZURZA) .
Our students have formed 3R Brigades that regularly take to the streets to clean up the sidewalks and gutters of Villas Agrícolas and provide guidance to the community about recycling.
